About Us

At X10D we have over 20 years of experience providing IT consultancy and advice to a wide range of businesses. Past clients have included local authorities, public sector organisations and blue chip companies. We have a special forte for helping businesses in the manufacturing and food processing sectors.

When starting out over 20 years ago IT systems were still relatively new to businesses, as technology has changed our knowledge has grown and we always make sure to keep up with the latest developments.

X10D offers a wide range of IT consultancy services from cloud computing to troubleshooting and we specialise in providing a ‘Virtual IT Director’ service.

In many businesses IT is not represented at board level and the Board may find it difficult to make the best decisions where information technology is involved. At X10D we fill that gap by using our knowledge and experience to suggest an IT strategy that best fits each organisation.

Some of our recent activities include:

  • Helping a client to plan the implementation and delivery of an e-commerce store
  • Providing advice to a client on how and why to implement cloud computing
  • Finding solutions to issues with current systems and advising on upgrades
  • Developing a bespoke software solution to fill a process gap and dramatically improve efficiency

We prefer our clients to feel we work with them and not for them, so we spend time getting to know you and your business, and most importantly understand the issues that you face. Then we are able to provide your business with an IT strategy that will help you to achieve your goals and resolve with the most appropriate technology.

Our office is in Bromsgrove and we provide services to clients in the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

Case Studies/Articles

As my business has changed over time new challenges have emerged. Not only is most of the software I use 'virtual' but so is my new personal assistant, Becky.

The geographical distance between us precludes regular meetings, our working days precludes regular phone conversations and although an obvious solution, email does present it's own challenges.
